Jay has been in the industry for about 30 years now. Having owned a large and successful Pest Control Business in multiple states (most recently Texas), taught him that once a company gets so large, Customer Service and time spent servicing each property takes a back seat to profits. This causes technicians to quickly treat each property without providing a complete service. So, JAY decided to sell that Company and downsize to working solo for fewer customers. This provides each of his customers with the Personal and Thorough service they deserve.
